FINANCE DEPARTMENT

The Finance Department supports the financial activities of the County by establishing and maintaining fiscal integrity and accurately reporting the financial condition of the County. The department is responsible for general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, disbursements, fixed assets accounting, payroll and benefits administration, investment of County funds, financial reporting, budgetary compliance, management of numerous federal and state grants, special projects, the annual independent audit, preparation of the budget, and the Comprehensive Annual Financial Statements.
